Well, from what i understand the way it is designed is secret not the concept.

Anyway, the USN would have build an a whole new drydock. I don't think they have the capability to drydock the carrier just yet. I know the two ships being designed or being built by this point even comes close to the physical dimensions of the Nimitz class were the Midway class carriers and the Montana class battleships. The USN wouldn't build such a large carrier to begin with. They found out later on with the then current planes that any larger airwing wouldn't be worthwhile and may get in the way.

If anything they would incorporate any new technology into the Midway class. So we even see a 1940's USS Midway with her 'mini' super carrier configuration after her huge refit in the 1970's.
