Yep. Two double posts in as many minutes, and the site froze for me and took a while to get back up. Anyway, it seems to be doing better, now.

I was having problems of pressing a botton and nothing happening.
But no from what we have seen the Borg don't have much initiative.
They seem to leave everyone alone unless they come across something they want or are provoked.
I think that if the borg attacked and assimilated earth they would leave the rest of the Federation alone unless we attacked them... which we would. The only reason they destroy whole species is because they attack one planet then the species throws everything they have at them thus destroying themselves.
If they just retreated they would probably be left alone the Borg have no more need for them.
