Aye, it'd make sense they'd arm their ships with the most powerful stuff they had.

Rochey, what are you saying? We're talking about military spec in 'Trek, and then you go say something like:

Who are you, and what have you done with Rochey?!

The race from the accelerated planet also used a tricabalt device as one of the last projectiles swung at Voyager.

But it's not Starfleet so they can be mostly competant.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

IDK, I think we've beaten to death the idea that, based on "...AR-558," the Jem'hadar didn't exactly have Sun Tzu's grasp of waging war either.

true, but to be honest, that's like saying the cockroach isn't great at evading the trap, they weren't exactly created to be military masterminds.

I don't know about you, but if I was creating an army I'd spend a little time teaching them basic things like "running through a massive bottleneck is a bad idea", or "screaming loudly to alert your enemy to your presence before charging them with knives isn't great".

Well, the Jem'Hadar don't really live long enough to become GOOD soldiers. Maybe the frontal assault is all they know?
They say that in the Army,
the women are mighty fine.
They look like Phyllis Diller,
and walk like Frankenstein.

The most lethal soldiers in reality are quick-thinking problem solvers who are generally smart people. The Jem'Hadar fight like drunken National Guard Reserves...
