That isn't necessarily a great display of firepower - by the late 24th/early 25th century, the Negh'var is apparently close to obsolete. The refitted E-D in "All Good Things.." destroyed two of them in no time flat, a hospital ship's shields were able to hold them off for some time, and the roles they've been seen in have been paired boarder patrols and in the service of a pretty minor House.

Although, the BASIC hull design of the Nova could likely be used. She'd need completely new everything inside, and a few external changes too, but still, the BASIC outer desigen can probebly hold
