Re: Just an idea...
Might the fact that we have so many Rp's be the reason for the slow down in posting?
Most people can only find time and pasion to do maybe one RP post a week and spread over 3, 4 or 5 RP's everything slows down.

What does defeat mean to you?
Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

I thought it would actually increase the RP activity overall, because it becomes more likely that an insperation will come to someone for any one of the RP's they participate in. The reason I don't post as often is more from other people taking so long to post.Teaos wrote:Might the fact that we have so many Rp's be the reason for the slow down in posting?

Personally, I think I'm at my limit. It took me two weeks to put up a bio for the SW RP, after all.

Agreed. Best to wait 'till one of them ends before starting another up. Hell, I still haven't gotten back into the Daystrom one yet.

Yes, they can end. Either when the majority of the RPers decide to end it, or when the plot winds down.

We could have the Daystroms warp core breach, torpedoes detonate and escape pods jam all at once and thus end the RP Rather quickly.Rochey wrote:Yes, they can end. Either when the majority of the RPers decide to end it, or when the plot winds down.

You could also transfer your crew to a TNG-GCS... You'd all be dead in a week. Problem solved.

No, no no no. Of course not, now for the test. What happens if your ship bumps a rock in space?

Re: Just an idea...
Oh, that's an easy one.
Random stuff starts exploding in areas of the ship that were nowhere near the point of impact, then the warp core explodes.

On the topic of rocks in space, Rocheys GCS just happens to be in a astroid field.

Abandon ship!
