A colleague of Irish descent was playing a few Irish-American rock tunes on his phone at work yesterday, and I've had this song in my head since:

Dropkick Murphys - Barroom Hero
I can't stand nothing dull
I got the high gloss luster
I'll massacre your ass as fast
as Bull offed Custer

My favorite Irish folk song of all time, by the Clancy Brothers, of course (I couldn't find the studio version featuring Tommy Makem) - The Moonshiner
I can't stand nothing dull
I got the high gloss luster
I'll massacre your ass as fast
as Bull offed Custer

Love that song. :)
He also has a few more Trek songs:
The Sexy Data Tango
Worf's Revenge
Screw the Ocampa

And for the atheists among us:
God Thinks
"You've all been selected for this mission because you each have a special skill. Professor Hawking, John Leslie, Phil Neville, the Wu-Tang Clan, Usher, the Sugar Puffs Monster and Daniel Day-Lewis! Welcome to Operation MindFuck!"

Since we were talking about it the other day, I re-watched The Fifth Element. Man, I love that movie. :)

Here's one of my favorite songs, period; the end credits song, by Milla Jovovich and Eric Serra.

Oddly enough, one of my other favorite songs is by Milla: Rocket Collecting, here set to FFX and XII. Oh, and Teaos is in the video starting around 4:20. Wait, he's in the whole video.

And, here's one of her songs live. She's so cool.

He's much better after shedding Limp Bizkit. :)

And now for some vintage 1988 metal: Slayer - South of Heaven

They're one of the best bands live that I've ever seen. For a bunch of geezers, they play hard.

And a more recent video, Bloodline. They're so anti-religious it hurts.

They also have one of the best anti-war songs in years: Eyes of the Insane. Awesome video.

Sorry for the multiple posts; I didn't think these three groups fit together.

Well, it came to my attention that it's likely none here will have seen YM@6 so here is an example. Its probably lighter than what some like, but hey.

I dig it. :)

You Brits have some good music, though, so it's no surprise.

Here's something you might appreciate, Reliant. One of my favorite bands, Incubus.

Make Yourself

Pardon Me
