Hey, I'm with Tsu on this one, although my background is Northeastern/Eastern European rather than southern, so we have tripe instead of chitterlings. You should have seen the kids at school when I used to bring in a beef tongue sandwich.

Mmmm... beef. For my upcoming birthday, my wife offered to take me to Peter Luger's in Brooklyn, regarding by some foodie publications as the best steak in the US. Funny thing is, the offer one steak entree - porterhouse - and you just order by the number of diners. Plus, they only take two forms of payment - cash or the Peter Luger in-house credit card.
