Lascannons can use either powercells or gens. However, powercells are only good for a single shot.

We'll just go with lascannons running off the vehicle plant.

Updated the lists with personal kit.

Rather then have folks purchase their stuff through points or whatever, just state what you want and what options, within reason of course. No Annihilator w/hull and sponson lascannons type stuff. ;)

That would be the very definition of over-kill.

Hmm, for myself could I grab a standard Leman Russ with a hull mounted lascannon, sponson mounted bolters and an auspex?

Oh yeah, forgot about that.

I think I'll go with the heavy stubber.

I know the battle cannon has Blast but it should probably at least equal the lascannon in terms of raw damage output.

Maybe an HE round that has a large blast with decent damage and an AT round with high pen and lots of damage.

I snagged those from Dark Reign but yeah, I was thinking an AP round and either a HE or HEAT-MP.

Heavy stubbers and autocannons will get a similar treatment, stubbers would get AP and Ball and AC's AP and HE.

Not suggesting you redo the lascannon, just scale the BC off of it

I like the ammo choices.

Ahh, I get you. I think we'll make the BC HE rounds those same stats but I'll up the Pen for AP rounds. Lascannon should have E damage as well I would think.

Edit: RE ammo- I want to make it at least semi-based on reality.

I'm so much wanting to take a Leman Russ because I love firepower.

Might make myself stick to a Chimera.

If you really want to live dangerously, you could take a Centaur.
