A lone Ensign finds himself stranded on a class L planetoid with no rations, with his only possession being a calendar. When Starfleet find him 12 months later, he's in perfect health. Why didn't he starve to death?

He ate a page a day?

That doesn't really make sense...

Nerd answer: the planetoid had a tiny orbit, so it's "month" was approximately 4 hours. ;)

Other answer: he ripped out each page of the calendar, so twelve months were gone.

Aren't class L planetoids habitable for humans?

Obviously the planet was rich in edible algae.

My daughters first riddle to me:

Q:"What has four wheels and flies?"
A: A garbage truck

I was so proud and amazed at my 4 year old... Then she said:

Q: "What has eight wheels and wings?"
A: A garbage truck

Well done Tsuki :)

Come on guys, don't you remember this one from VOY: Riddles?

The ensign could have also survived by eating the "sunda(y)es" :D

This isn't a riddle, though I just had to share. I just got a blue healer puppy. My daughter calls it a, blue "high healer."

Ha, get it? Momma's shoes. Kids are great for a pick me up after a hard day, huh?

Here's one that stumps most adults but most kids get within 5 seconds.

Its greater than god but more evil then the devil.
The Poor have it, the Rich need it.

What is it?

And no I will not add it in the spolier tag so someone here can cheat
