Question. It seems like the assault rifle will shoot right through zombies, does it? I swear I've shot a zombie in the torso and killed him only to have him and the guy behind him drop.

Yes, the Assault Rifle can punch through 3 zombies at a time. The Same with both the shotguns. The Hunting rifle can punch through 7 zombies at a time.

My dad is obsessed with this game. But, form what he tells me, there's not much storyline.
How many Minbari does it take to screw in a lightbulb?
None. They always surrender right before they finish the job and never tell you why.

Pff, story line...we don't need no stinking story line. You get to slaughter hordes of zombies in various gruesome ways with a variety of weapons, what more could you want?

Bah, anyone who watches or plays anything with zombies in it and demands more storyline is missing the point. :P

They Hunger is a free mod for HL1 about zombies and it had a great storyline.

Sorry, if you play Left 4 Dead and whine about a story then you have completely missed the fucking point.

L4D and L4D2 both have storylines and expansion mods for improved storyline. While nice, it really isn't needed for that style of a game.

Storyline is what separates a good game from a great game. This is Valve we're talking about, they're suppose to have storylines. How forgettable would Half Life have been without the introduction? What if you just started with zombies in a facility? Sure it would have been a nice game but it wouldn't have been one of the best games of all time.

It's a zombie horror survival game. The storyline is "Don't die."
