that's odd, most companies make their systems backwords compatable, that way they can get sales to former owners...who can then still play their games from the old system.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

I'd say go with the 360. You can still play old games unlike the PS3. Also I just can't bring myself to pay that much for the PS3. Plus I like the games more.

Refund hit the account today. I'm going shopping in the next few days. Xbox 360 wins, almost unanimously.

The 360 isn't backwards compatible with every Xbox game, same with the PS3 systems that supported it. There's a list out there somewhere...maybe wiki.

Most XBox games work. A lot can be downloaded from xbox live.

There is a thread somewhere bouts here that has some of our gamer tags on em, just do a search for the names and you can send friend requests to join each other on live.
