Re: Star Wars
nBSG was great in its first couple of seasons. Then it started going down hill and degenerated into "Angst in space". Lately it's gotten a lot better.

Re: Star Wars
I've only ever watched a few episodes of BSG, didnt really like it.
What does defeat mean to you?
Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

Old or new???
They say that in the Army,
the women are mighty fine.
They look like Phyllis Diller,
and walk like Frankenstein.

Maybe I'll go back to it - I got turned off enough to skip it.Rochey wrote:Lately it's gotten a lot better.

Re: Star Wars
Skip series 3 entirely, and go straight to series 4. It's still not as good as it originaly was, but it's good enough.

Re: Star Wars
Not all of three - I've heard good things about the first couple of episodes, Exodus was awe-inspiring, and Crossroads was pretty good. It was 90% of the stuff in-between that was crap.Rochey wrote:Skip series 3 entirely, and go straight to series 4. It's still not as good as it originaly was, but it's good enough.
Only two things are infinite - the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the universe: Albert Einstein.
