No they didn't. I got the movie for Christmas, never saw it in theaters, have now watched it 4 times. It's different but not too different, and filled with all sorts of references to the series. I recommend at least renting it if you don't want to buy it. That was my plan until it turned up under the tree.Mark wrote:Only the series.......never did see the movie. I'm almost afraid too. They likely ruined a legend.

I thought I remembered something about the Emperor having a harem. Not sure where it's from, though.Actually I think the EU has a fair bit on him having virtually no interest in sex.

You might be right. I haven't a clue where I dragged that memory from. I could easily just be imagining it.

What does defeat mean to you?
Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

A completely messed-up fanon idea of mine is he fell in love/lust with Gethzerion, the lead Nightsister from Dathomir. She's a female version of him... and looks it, too.

Isard was his mistress... but that doesn't mean they actually had sex. As she was very useful for more than just screwing.
How many Minbari does it take to screw in a lightbulb?
None. They always surrender right before they finish the job and never tell you why.

Well a woman should be good at other things than just sex. Washing dishes... doing laundry... cooking dinner...

Interestingly enough, I found me a girl who likes the third entry, AND enjoys watching football with me. The rest, I could live without.Mark wrote:You guys know what the acronym for wife is, right???
