Theres a picture database on DITL...somewhere.

i always thought that Vulcans merely did not eat meat. I thought cheese and milk would be fine.

Spock really only comments on how he can't eat animal flesh in TOS. And he's usually seen eating those bizarre coloured cubes in the mess hall.

Exactly. T'pol has never said she cant eat animal produce, just she never ate meat.

Well, then I'll operate on the assumption that Vulcans are merely vegetarians, unless anyone knows more details.

IIRC, in Broken Bow T'pol was only eating plants, and not things like cheese or other animal produce. Given that she was dining with Archer at the time, it would have probably been good relations to be eating something similar. Seeing as how she didn't, it implies that Vulcans generaly don't eat that sort of stuff, even if they can.

How do they not die of malnurishment? Vulcan is a desert, IIRC they don't even have an ocean. Which would make growing food extremely difficult unless they are importing food from planets in their empire or from orbital farms.
