Was watching BoBW on Sunday night, when I realized something. Hanson, while on subspace was addressing Lt. Cmdr Shelby after she commented that with Picards assistance the Borg would be ready for they're defenses, and he referred to her as "Lieutenant" before telling her about Picard winning the marathon.
Very minor, but I thought that I'd mention it anyways.
