Ep Discussion: SG1 1.13 "Hathor"

Stargate: SG-1
"Hathor"

Here we have the Goa'uld Hathor, who has been stuck on Earth for the past several millennia, invading the base and subduing all the men. I thought that was kind of fun to watch, specifically, seeing the women of the base taking on the men. What Carter, Fraiser, and the others do to breakout of their holding cell (seducing their guards) was one of the episode's best moments. And, also how Hathor first addresses General Hammond: "You, with a crown of mable." O'Neill: "I think she might mean you, sir."

I also like the opening scene with the archeologists finding Hathor's sarcophagus and one of them references Dr. Jackson's theory about the pyramids. Recalling to mind how Daniel was treated by the academic community in the movie.
