I was thinking more of the people they have smeared or tried to have jailed or killed.

Or driven insane yeah... that one lady, forget her name. The whole point of their harassment was to (ironically) drive her into psychiatric care.

My all time favourite moment is when the evil alien, Terl, wants to demonstrate his evilness and power to the human. They're in a field, so Terl shoots the leg off a cow. It topples over. We then see Terl as he fires a bunch more times... and each time you hear "Moooo!" <THUD> come from offscreen.

This movie sounds EPIC. I'm watching it just for the com scene.
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

I would definitely recommend watching it, if only to laugh at. It's not like the sort of movie that would bore you stiff, at the very least the effects and such were decent. It's a bad movie but it's not like Freddie Vs. Jason or something you can't even bring yourself to finish.

A real challenge is to try and take it seriously, and watch it without bias. It is quite difficult...

I did watch it without bias. I hadn't even heard of $cientology when I first saw this film.
Needless to say, it was just as crap then as it is now.

You're just too blinded by psychiatry to see the true value in this film.
