Really the only thing I can think of that would require a constant Mod prescence (for a board this size) is if people started spamming tubgirl pics. Seeing as Ian and Graham are both in one timezone.

I've been on a forum with other 12,000 members and believe me, there arent enough mods on the place...we get topics that go out of hand seriously too quickly...

I'm trying to think of all the active members we have. I can only think of like 12 so we hardly need a mod.

At most as Kendall said we would need someone with a diff time zone to the Kennedys to keep an eye on things if we did get some more.
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

West coast of states would be ideal time wise I think. To my knowledge we dont have any Aussies here.

I think WST is 8+ GMT so would fit in well.

As people have said we don't think we currently need moderators. You seem to behave your selves fairly well (mostly). If we did need one we would look at a whole number of things (not just rank). As of now we haven't even thought of who we would ask.

Which one, there were two of them, at least that's the only way I can justify the actions seen in the episodes. The Janeway's, the twins the crew were not aware of. :)

Maybe in the mirror universe, Janeway is a rational, patient, softspoken, and well-reasoned captain.
