There’s a brand new way to watch Stargate starting this Friday. Pluto TV is giving Stargate its own 24/7 dedicated channel, beginning on April 1, 2022.

The Stargate Channel will stream the original “Stargate” feature film, the two SG-1 movies, plus selected seasons from the three live-action television shows.

Pluto TV is an Internet television service available in 25 countries, including the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and throughout Europe and Latin America. Because shows here run continuously on the hour (rather than on demand) the service hearkens back to the old channel-surfing days. The service is entirely ad-supported, so expect commercials — meaning Pluto is available for free in select countries, and without the need to create and manage an account before accessing the full array of classic shows and movies.

Starting April 1, 2022, the Stargate Channel will be continuously streaming:

Stargate the Movie (1994)
Stargate SG-1 Seasons 1–5 (1997-2002)
Stargate Atlantis Seasons 1–2 (2004-2006)
Stargate Universe Seasons 1–2 (2009-2011)
Stargate: The Ark of Truth (2008)
Stargate: Continuum (2008)

I already have access to all, mostly via DVD plus purchases of Universe on Amazon Prime. The only one I don't is the original film. Glad that more people will have access to them though, even if not the entirety of the shows.

Never saw any of the tv shows, but the original movie is a guilty pleasure watch every time it's on!

Stargate the Movie was great.

Stargate SG-1 was pretty good. Stargate Atlantis less so but still OK.

The rest... not so sure.

I still think Star Gate Universe is one of the best Sci Fi of the aslt 20 years.

It is everything Voyager should of been but wasnt.

Crew conflict, a ship that is damaged and stays that way, low resources.

I have wanted SFDebris to cover it for years given his issues with Voyager.
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.
