ISS Excelsior

Is there an ISS Excelsior in the mirror universe as according to the novel Sorrows of Empire or do we just assume it doesn’t exist?

That would be entirely up to you personally. You can choose to include the vessel from the novel, assume it exists regardless of the novel, or assume that it does not.
