Re: Sibling rivalry
Do you really think that Starfleet might have some sort of rule saying only one sibling per family was allowed to join?
Give a man a fire, and you keep him warm for a day. SET a man on fire, and you will keep him warm for the rest of his life...

In the entire Trek universe, 99.9% of which occurs off screen, certainly. In the little window we get, wasn't it shown that Geordi LaForge comes from a whole family of Starfleet personnel?

Perhaps a WW2 Sullivan family type of situation? It is an inherently hazardous occupation. At least one sibling needs to be a Vintner? lolGraham Kennedy wrote:Do you really think that Starfleet might have some sort of rule saying only one sibling per family was allowed to join?

Categorically no. In fact, with the exception of Picard and Worf, Starfleet actively bans anyone who even has a sibling.Meste17 wrote:Did Starfleet have siblings that served in the fleet?
