Wow he really doesn't like it.
I actually rather enjoy the episode. It has stupid parts and yet again ruins the Borg. But it's a fun, mind off episode with some serious bling.

Perhaps the Klingon agreed to get future data from Janeway to save time in his research, or avoid a bigger problem with his House? That would make more sense rather than ruining the trade history.
But yes, it should have had more. The idea for the last episode and what it should have been would have been fun to watch.
