okay, this could work, if we don't get the other two players we could go without the Gorn/Tholians pretty easy.....

If everyone could re post their top choices in the Sign-Up thread if we don't get any more we'll likely go with the above, if we do it may have to change a little.

slight change to the intelligence rules. It's been posted to the rules thread. This change will allow users to control their counter intel levels to a better level than the old model would have.

it'll work with the number we have....it won't be as good as if we'd been full staffed, but i've minimized losses with the set up we have I think
