There was the ep of Voy which had Janeway, Tuvok & Torres in the central nexus (or plexus or somesuch) in the centre of the cube, when they opened it it looked the same as one the borg queen had in unimatrix 1 so I would imagine that there is one in each borg ship.

Borg are not perfect. VOY Borg are a bunch of Robocop p*ssies. TNG Borg are more menacing.
On second thought, the reference about VOY Borg is insulting to Robocop. Robocop would own the Borg's ass. Peter Welling version of course.
