It used to be restricted yes but as there was no more multiple voting they disabled it.

Yes, It must have changed at some point. I'll add it to my list of things to fix.Mithrandir wrote:Another question: Is it the intention of the site owners that you can vote several times in a row at the weekly poll? It used to be restricted to one vote per ID, wasn't it?

I don't know that his list is that long. We've had much less issues now than in the past.
Aside from all the minor fixes on the main site, like spelling, but those take a while to hunt down on our part anyway.

Re: Main page nits
"Long" list? I think not. Considering that we're discussing both an encyclopedic website as well as a more-active-than-anyone-imagined forum - including a recent wholesale server swap - I think the list of issues with this site is very short indeed.

Re: Main page nits
Only issue I've seen that may involved the "long list" on the main page has been the Klingon Ships. GK gave them each about 20 guns a piece when we've seen they have no where near those numbers.

The BoPs only have the two forward disruptors and then their TLs.

Re: Main page nits
The other ships though have more, don't they?
Re: Main page nits
Not that we've seen. However, form a logical standpoint it would make sense to have a number of smaller weapons as backups and to cover blind spots.

Re: Main page nits
Klingons have a very "Forward" approach to war. It wouldn't shock me that their ships lack all round defenses.

Re: Main page nits
The klingons focus on attack rather than defense. Apart from shields the only way for them to defend themselves is to attack.
