The Child
He hates this episode, and I think he's taking out the anger for CBS on it as well... Although a very good review IMO.

Eh. Not even Chuck can make this steaming pile of shite good. It's one of those that's so bad that even a few clips of it leaves me wanting a stiff drink to wash the taste away.Although a very good review IMO.

Watching the review, I get the impression that he might not be too keen on the Pulaski character...

Well, of course he hates Pulaski. He watched long enough for her to speak.
Sorry. I hate her, too. You all know that. I was half-tempted to have a throwaway line of her being assimilated in my crossover.

Meh. This ep was so bad that Pulaski's badness was lost among all the other bad.

Re: SFDebris The Child
I'd never heard the rumour about the reasons for McFadden's departure. Interesting. I remember at the time I thought it was very odd that she vanished, only to return again. The official line about why just never rang true with me. I often wondered if she had health issues - there are times in TNG episodes when she seems to have lost an awful lot of weight.

Really did hate this episode. Rape is ok if she enjoys it and a disaster because they assumed their shit was perfect.
Re: SFDebris The Child
Yeah, I never got the episode. They never dealt with the issue that she was practically raped by the alien that poses as her kid. I guess in the 24th century, rape is ok if a child is involved.
