This part, sadly, is not true. Citizenship doesn't of itself confer rights to natural resources in the U. S.; however, a foreign national merely has to incorporate himself (LLC's and other DBA arrangements may work also, I'm not sure) in order to claim rights to any natural resources outside of Federal park lands.Deepcrush wrote:in order to have rights to access natural resources he would have to be a Citizen.
