Google documents: Suggestion to all
Me, Stitch and Nick have been negotiating some stuff lately via google documents and I have to say, it's a very intuitive system. As far as I know, you don't need a google account. All you do is create the document, such as a treaty or something, and you can then add the other participant in. You can then edit the document in real time (it has little colour coded markers showing you where the other participants mouse is). That way, you can literally argue out the terms over a single sheet of paper, saving your inbox. If you finalize the treaty then thats good. Great thing is, you can add big into it to so he can observe the document as it goes if he wants. (Not sure whether you want us to or not, we can submit the finalized treaty or we can include you if you like)
Plus it formats your spreadsheets pretty much perfectly. I don't hold anything on pen drive now, its all on google's servers.

Re: Google documents: Suggestion to all
lol, the ISA have been using google docs to (try to) organize our operations since we first formed.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

As long as I know what you are talking about I don't care to watch you make the sausage so to speak.

Eh, Klingons don't need Google Documents. We only have three types of people to deal with anyways.
Those who want alive,
Those who want dead,
Those who are dead.

Re: Google documents: Suggestion to all
Just to be clear what I need to know before you go is that we are discussing an alliance, or some form of treaty or we are working on a plan to launch a first strike on so and so. I don't need to see the whole process but if it changes from talks on humanitarian aid to some planet to thoughts on launching a first strike on Romulus then go ahead and drop me a PM so I know whats going on.
Re: Google documents: Suggestion to all
Yeah, we'll keep you generally informed.
Re: Google documents: Suggestion to all
Why did you have to suggest a first strike on Romulus?
