Staplic I suspect. My tac orders are in. Yours?

ya I was a nerd.....I was in the special section at the front for top 3%, and I made the superintendent feel bad because I had more awards than he did.

Re: DITL Battle #9 Comments
Alright, Good news is my family has finally left so I'll have some free time again, so I should be able to get the next phase up today
The other news (good for me not so much for the game) is that we won our first Substate game and so I'm still doing soccer so I don't have as much free time as possible so it might not be until late today until I get to it.

Only one question:
What was the roll, negative?
How the heck does he manage that one!!!however the third runs into the volley of torpedoes causing both to miss.

ya, it doesn't really matter, the phaser and volley were both going to miss, this just ads some excitement to the games....they were both running on a high level of automation on a relatively new and still somewhat experimental ship, accidents happen.

That is one awesome accident.
Its nice that you can take plenty of license with it, and aren't just reporting what happened.

Re: DITL Battle #9 Comments
yes, his phaser roll was a 5 even with the +2 mod it still missed the ship, the QTL roll was a 4 so it missed so rather than write the phaser missing and the volley missing, I just made it so the torps were out in space, and the phaser fire crossed paths with the torps blowing them up pre-maturely....it's a problem I'm sure Mark's familiar with
