Yeah, same here. Never had anything during the holidays though... 
No trees were killed in transmission of this message. However, some electrons were mildly inconvenienced.

When you load the site did you see an xmas tree in the left hand menu (where the menus appear, such as the ships list etc). If you don't that's why you didn't here the music.
