Of course, him being younger than I (AFAIK) doesn't really help that image.
Rochey - I have an image of a youngish teacher with slacks, white oxford shirt and repp tie (but with the collar button undone, tie in a half-windsor and hanging loose rather than tightened up,) and guantlets undone and sleeves rolled up.
