Reminiscence: Nick Bannister, a private investigator of the mind, navigates the alluring world of the past when his life is changed by new client Mae. A simple case becomes an obsession after she disappears and he fights to learn the truth about her.

During a hurricane, watching a film with a 'water' theme was a stretch from the get go. I had high hopes from the creators of 'Westworld', but boy oh boy, was this a stinker. Love me some Hugh Jackman but even his perpetually damp masculine form was not enough to carry this endless droning monologue of a 'thriller' sci-fi film.

Jodie Comer was Villanelle in Killing Eve? Otherwise IMDB is your friend:

Saw the trailer for this and didn't think it looked good.

Snake Eyes: the origin story of the character from the GI Joe franchise.

A typical action-packed sword and gun wielding extravaganza...fun popcorn flick during yet more rain!

Dug Days: 5 mini episodes featuring the talking dog from Pixar's "Up".

The last work by Ed Asner, and a funny take on what a dog might be thinking during what appears like a normal life.

If you enjoyed the original film "Up", this will make you smile and maybe laugh as well.

Gunpowder Milkshake: a female take on John Wick...sort of. Good cast, stylized filming, fun idea...good popcorn flick!

Copshop: A sort of 70's throwback cops and killers. Not bad despite the styling.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings... I'm not sure what I think of this one. The Chinese-American friend is annoying in every conceivable way.
especially the fact that she becomes skilled with a bow in a day and effectively saves the day

Akwafina.. who was excellent as the friend in Crazy Rich Asians..but yes, she can be a bit much in large doses. Her half hour tv show on Comedy network has been fuuny.

Free Guy: even though I'm not a hard core gamer (still enjoy the Wii and Switch), I really enjoyed this combo of Groundhog Day + Ready Player One + The Lego Movie + Tron etc.!

Zak Penn was the screen writer for RPO as well as Free Guy, both video game inspired.

The plot of the film is an updated version of Tron.

Will have to watch it again to catch all the bit and pieces I know I missed. More fun ahead at a later date.

Never watch Agents of Shield before. Now I am. Though I may have to stop for a minute and watch Lucifer

It worth it. There are good seasons and bad, but on the whole I liked it.

I watched it as they were a tie-in to the films. Jumped the shark multiple times and went on a few seasons too long for me.

An oldie, Jupiter Ascending. Oh god it was bad. A dog eared man on roller skates pretending to fly. Even the sexy Mila Kunis couldn't drag this up from dire.
