That's the problem some shows have - by the time they've built up to a place to catch more people, cancel.
Unless it's fox, so... cancel before the first season is finished production and only two or three episodes have aired in a chop suey fashion so despite some continuity needed theyre causing confusion for being in the wrong order...

I'm still salty about that one.

Yeah, Fox is notorious for that and for 'good' reason.

Snow and sleet and rain and wind...2021 rediscovered winter!

Still have regular power but should that disappear, the generator will kick in automatically. That has paid for itself many times over.

2020: Game of Thrones season 7 Winter is coming
2021: Game of Thrones season 8 winter has arrived...
and both: poor quality compared to previous years

Seasons 1-3 of the Buffy-thon complete. High school years are done and dusted!
Remembered lots and some things not at all. Noticed easter eggs of things to come that I missed on previous viewings. Lots of fun so far!

Now on to college years and all their complications, including the return of Spike! (I think both he and Anya had the best writers overall, always interesting commentary on humans and their foibles and failings..and soo funny!)

The circle is almost complete. Like parents 'tell' their children to finish their meal, I had to 'tell' my Dad to finish his meal. As in not take a couple of bites out of a hamburger and call it a meal for three days.

And when I say 'tell' I mean yell at him. Good thing my Mom still retains her appetite but that isn't a good thing either. Neither for me, I have inherited that from her.

It's good they have you around, especially as the roles are reversing.
Whereas it is difficult, you love them and being there in any role is sure proof of that.

I'm not sure there was ever a real 'need' for it, honestly.

Season 4 episode 1 of Buffy: a nice boy she met turned out to be Pedro Pascal (the mandalorian)...so young, and gets bitten and turned into a vamp and she has to dust him. His career certainly got better over time!

The sad thing is that my parents watched my Mom's parents whittle away until my grandmother was less than 100 lbs and probably 90 lbs. This was a slow steady thing where they barely ate anything even in front of us in family dinners.

My Mom doesn't struggle with eating. It's the opposite for her, she eats because she is bored. And it's not the wheelchair that she is in, she was like that before. Constant snacker and her appetite is what I got from her. My adventurous side of eating is from my Dad.

I remember a few times my Dad walked into me and he bounced off of me like I was a wall. I am a full 80 lbs heavier than he is and I am not that big. I am 220 lbs.

it's weird and cool seeing actors in early roles. "Hey, is that... it is!"

I hate April first. I've seen several fake news stories on new Transformer toys for stuff I would buy in a heartbeat.
