Galaxy class in the Kelvin timeline

Post by bladela »

How do you imagine it?

based on the Constitution in this universe I would not be surprised to see a ship of similar size to a Borg cube, two to three kilometers long... imagine the spacedock to contain it :D

Ship would only be 1.3 or 1. 4 kilometers long. Abramsprise is roughly a little over twice the length of the Primeverse Enterprise

Assuming of course the whole time line doesn't get all screwy of course.

I'd image the ship would have a more streamlined look. Long nacelles, more weapons, bussard collectors would be blue instead of red. I'd kinda feel the ship would look like it's leaning forward more than anything.

Sizewise, that probably makes it about the size of the big ship in Into Darkness.

We are just saying if the Galaxy class size in the Kelvin time-line is similarly larger proportionly to the Kelvin Connie as the Galaxy is to the Connie in the Primeverse then the Kelvin Galaxy class is slightly under a mile long.
