Re: New Complete Series DVD Box Set

I'm not positive but I'm 95% certain that's a bootleg collection. For one thing the site looks fishy. The thing that screams bootleg to me though is region free. Afaik Paramount/CBS does not do region-free DVDs nor does any major studio. So you probably don't have any extras. Were there deleted scen...

Re: Destiny Trilogy

I'd say the "solution" is somewhere between the two. You really should give them a chance. I highly doubt you'll regret it.

Re: I Hate Enterprise

I love Enterprise. It's my favorite series. Sure it had a few bad or boring episodes (Precious Cargo, Rogue Planet, Terra Nova, Oasis, Acquisition, Horizon, Bounty, Extinction, Daedalus) but the rest were all great. It also has my favorite star trek episode "Observer Effect". I think if it...

Re: Star Trek Fleet Operations

I've been playing it for quite a while. It's all kinds of awesome. Probably the best Star Trek game ever doe which is impressive for a mod.

Re: nBSG Ep "A Disquiet Follows My Soul"

It's another great episoe from a show that has gotten so realistic it can't help but be depressing. I love every week and enjoy most of the characters but I kind of long for the easier, "better" days back in Seasons 1 and 2 when things looked up every now and then (The Hand of God, Pegasus...

Re: Star Trek: Destiny

I read them alll back in December and they are great! I read the first two in one sitting and impatiently waited for the third one to arrive! I don't care if they are "canon" or not they are in my personal continuity as well as most of the newer novels (TNG-Relaunch, DS9-Relaunch, VOY-Rela...

Re: ST Destiny: Gods of Night

No it's not canon , however it is an officially licensed Star Trek novel that was read and approved by CBS Consumer Products. It is much more official than fan fiction so until there is another 24th Century Star Trek Series or Movie it is the official continuation of the star trek universe. I just f...

Re: DS9 Relaunch Novels

I've read the ones collected in Twist of Faith and These Haunted Seas (everything through the first two Mission Gamma). I might pick up the next few in the series to read over Christmas break since I've heard sales for the omnibus editions sucked so they won't be doing any more. So far the Relaunch ...

Re: ST Destiny: Gods of Night

This novel is indeed most excellent. I am now impatiently awaiting for the third and final book in the trilogy - 'Lost Souls' to be delivered. From what I hear it's as good as the first and second!

Re: Sim City 4

I bought it when it first came out in 2003 and bought Rush Hour later that year. Earlier this year I bought the SimCity Box to get both games along with the not-so-good Societies in one DVD-Case boxset. It's an awesome and addicting game with lots of attention to detail needed to successfully run a ...
