AI does make some interesting choices when they do a retro version of a movie or show. Star Wars is always interesting. I do find the live versions of the Simpsons or Family Guy to be interesting too.
The TOS Enterprise at the beginning was actually nice.

Re: Bridge Commander, 23rd century
Why do you need a specific date? You got a meeting with a game developer soon?

Re: Bridge Commander, 23rd century
Well at least this poll requires thought behind it in which decade to be put in. Like in the 2250's you could have the Constitution class as the Premier class, maybe even the Federation class, but then you could have older classes that predate the Connie. Could even put in TOS era versions of the Ab...

Re: Marvel hero
It's not bad. More of a street level type of superhero which is fine. Spider-Man despite his prowess like strength and agility is considered a street level superhero. Though he can hang with the best of them.

sense of smell became so acute that he could detect a person's perfume from miles away. Auditory senses honed to perfection, Colt could hear the softest whispers from kilometers apart. If that were the case he would be dead pretty soon, his senses would be so over powered that he would go mad, or l...

Re: ‘Star Trek’ Origin Story Movie Will Be Set Decades Before 2009 Film
On the one hand I would certainly not want them trampling all over existing canon. If they go with the existing crew but before 2009, then surely we have a time travel movie. That can work but it has to be done correctly (Back to the future / The Voyage Home). I could live with that as the past the...

Re: ‘Star Trek’ Origin Story Movie Will Be Set Decades Before 2009 Film
Not a fan. If you plan on making a mainstream movie like the Abrams verse, you have to make it accessible to the wider audience. Not something tailor made that only Trek fans would know. As big as the Trek community can be, to make the big bucks these studios want, you need bigger audience appeal. R...

Re: Star Wars in our universe Part II (revised)
Is this some sort of fanfic? Why is it that when you make these polls, the numbers or names are entirely made up and hold no meaning to anyone but you? Think about it, exactly which date do you think we should choose because that is ths date you should choose. Not because on of us says something bec...

Dune Part 2: great cinematography, good CGI, too many liberties with source material, horrible casting choices....but it made a ton of cash so they will keep recycling the actors into more 'book adaptations' as long as the cash cow mooooooos Bad casting? Anyway my brother is finally going to see it...

Re: The Acolyte | Official Trailer | Disney+
I screwed that up. I meant that I never watched "The Clone Wars," so when I was watching "Ahsoka," I felt like these were already fully formed characters who weren't developing throughout the series, except for Sabine Wren, a character from another cartoon called "Rebels.&q...

Re: Funny pics
The baby naming is really getting out of hand. I am of the opinion these 'unique' names are not for the baby itself but for the parents. Some sort of narsistic play on how unique their child is, different from the others, maybe even better. In the end, that kid will go through correcting people in ...
