Re: What made you laugh/smile today?
I love space and astronomy. So the news of a black hole being close by to earth makes me happy/smile! It means we may find more, we may learn more, we might understand them a little better! How close you ask? At light speed.. it’s a short jaunt at 1,000 years. Still far, FAR closer than the Super Ma...

Nutso The guy who made the Sith Lords church-themed artwork, Dan Hainsworth, has Sith Lord playing cards available on Kickstarter. I have no idea what the hell these sites are... Am I out of touch?! Nah, you’re not. It’s just the ever changing internet. If you don’t explore and read about new stuff...

Re: Today I Watched...
Both of you should watch the HISHE for these movies on YouTube. Spectacularly funny in pointing out all the plot holes or comical stuff that could’ve, would’ve, should’ve happened. Example for enjoyment! (They’re all short like this -> shorter and a lot of reviews have commented on how accurate thes...

Re: The Youtube video thread!
I just find it amusing that every year (literally every one that I’ve been alive), people comment how, “this year sucked, maybe next year will be better”. I wonder how long people have been waiting for a better year?RK_Striker_JK_5 wrote: ↑Wed May 20, 2020 12:14 am2020 is sure as hell giving it a run for its money.

Re: Today I Watched...
Laugh? What is... this? Those who laugh do so to keep themselves from crying out in anguish. I’m glad at some level, we’re all on the same page of this situation. On the other hand. It’s a great time to meet new and exciting people! Online I mean! Lol. And something else to watch for in 7-8 months ...

Only one way to be sure, and the Space Force hasn't been activated yet :takecover: You know, being prior myself. This whole Space Force thing, it is a way to get military Personnel and equipment into space while putting a “happy (peaceful) face” on its exterior. Like Antarctica, the moon is forbidd...

Re: Nemesis "Sun" twin
Guess the overall intention of the original posting as a funny poke at a mostly terrible film, was taken out of context. My bad. Great compilation of theories and facts for those who didn't know about it at all! I thought you were asking if it was something theorized AND poking fun at it! Lost in T...

Re: The Youtube video thread!
Can confirm. This is a fantastic series. I never knock the anime, it’s got a little of everything if you search through the 3-billion titles. Lol. Can watch most of them -> Except for Jo-Jo’s Bizarre adventure. I didn’t make it past the baby episode. 😱 If you’ve seen it, you know what I mean. Can’t...

Tried to watch 'The Warrant', with Neal McDonough. I've enjoyed him in many things over the years, such as the tv series 'Justified', 'Tin Man' and various film roles. He also produced this stinker. I should have known it would be bad when the other 'star' was Casper Van Dien. To this day, I still ...

Ah Mel, he is missed! Cartoons just aren't what they used to be in both voice and animation. There's something to be said for both voiced and silent cartoons. Bugs bunny and daffy were a power pair. However, I also loved the roadrunner and coyote shows. Nothing said but still hilarious. I miss thos...

Re: Picard: the series as a whole
The Romulan status didn't make a whole lot of sense, I agree. I think they said a star near the Romulan world went super nova, so maybe more stars were affected? It bothered me too until I learned about Super Luminous Supernovae (SLSN). A standard Type 1A supernovae has a potential kill radius of 3...
