YATI :
When Naomi burns herself, Neelix grabs her and hides behind a counter. In the next scene, he's waving a phaser around. Where did he get it from? Do they really store phasers in the kitchen? I suppose it's possible, after all they did it in ST VI, but it makes no sense.
Great Moment :
Tom Paris and his television provides a nice light heated scene in an otherwise sombre episode.
Body Count :
Zero, but 83 colonists are seen to die in an illusion.
Factoid :
Writer Brannon Braga is currently dating Jeri Ryan, who plays Seven of Nine.

Plotline

When some of Voyagers officers begin to suffer from post traumatic stress syndrome, it appears that they may have recently taken part in a brutal massacre and had their memories of the event suppressed. Can the Federations finest really have slaughtered dozens of civilians? Janeway is determined to find out.
