YATI :
La Forge brings an injured man to sickbay at one point. Isn't it a big no-no to move a badly injured person around like this? Isn't that why normal procedure is to call an emergency medical team to go to your location rather than vice versa? Of course, Riker is imagining it all so maybe he just imagined this part wrong.
Great Moment :
Frakes does an exceptional job of showing a half-nutty Riker in this episode.
Body Count :
Hard to say. Strictly it is zero, since only the last couple of scenes were actually real.
Factoid :
Braga initially worried about using the word "crazy" in this episode, given current attitudes towards it in the mental health arena, but decided to go with it so as to avoid becoming too politically correct.

Plotline

Riker must face the possibility that he is losing his mind.

Analysis

Johnathan Frakes puts in his best ever acting performance.
