Review : Frankly, this was one of the most pointless episodes ever made, "Take Me Out to the Holosuite" being the other. Still, at least that had the main characters in it, this didn't for much of the time. When it did, since when have they all been obsessed with genealogy? I completely lost interest, and switched over after a while.

Review : This episode is pretty pointless, as it contributes pretty much nothing to the show. Some good character moments are the only thing that saved this episode from a zero.

Review : Ugh. Terrible episode. Completely pointless. Could have done without it.

Review : This episode provides an abrupt interrupt to the regular series. That being said it is a enjoyable and welcome diversion. Most of this episode plays as a "what if..." Janeway was born in the 20th century story. Rather than a ship captain in the utopian federation, she is a down on her luck drifter. This twist really allows the "practically Janeway" character to shine in a great character story.
