Delta Quadrant species which had strict rules regarding traffic around their space stations. An area of their home world was covered by a force field set up in the distant past by an unknown people, possibly Species 312. The Ventu people lived within the forcefield, which was apparently designed to prevent the Ledosians from offering them the benefits of modern technology. [1]
