Form of highly hazardous radiation capable of causing severe disfigurement. [1] Delta radiation could be used to stabilise liquid Trellium-D, though it was not wholly successful at this task. [2] In the Mirror universe the warp core of the NX class starship emitted Delta radiation, and disfigurement was one of the hazards of being a Chief Engineer. [3]
