Sixth planet of the Bokara system. In 2369 a neuropsychology conference was held on the planet, which Counselor Troi attended. Whilst there she was drugged and abducted by the Romulan underground movement and surgically altered to impersonate Major Rakal of the Tal Shiar, part of a plan to assist in the defection Romulan Vice-Proconsul M'ret. [1]
