In 2368 the Romulans fakes a distress call from Dulisian IV in an attempt to draw the Enterprise-D away from their planned surprise attack on Vulcan. [1] Since the call claimed a failure of life support on the planet, it may possibly be an uninhabitable world which holds a sealed colony.
