A member of the Cardassian High Command, Parn was a political opponent of Gul Dukat and was more than happy to abandon him when the Maquis kidnapped him. A supporter of the Cardassian occupation of Bajor, Parn was uncomfortable being on Deep Space Nine whilst it was under Bajoran control.1
