She tried to provide him with some elements of a Klingon lifestyle, including learning to make Rokeg blood pie. [2]Helena and her husband took custody of Worf's son Alexander after K'Ehlyr was killed by Duras in 2367. [3] However, they returned Alexander to Worf in 2368 because he was having a difficult time fitting in to Human society. [4]
