Universe : Prime Timeline
Name : Bob Briggs [1]
Species : Humans

A native of earth in the 20th century, Bob was the director of the Cetacean Institute in San Fransisco when the Instutute returned two humpbacked whales to the wild. Bob arranged for the whales to be released early so as to avoid a media spectacle and hopefully to avoid upsetting his co-worker Gillian Taylor, who had developed an emotional attachment to the animals. [1]
