A Cardassian, Broca served in the military during the Dominion war. He was a strong supporter of the Dominion, and replaced Damar as the head of the Cardassian government in the latter stages of the war. [2] Although Broca continued his sycophantic support of the Founder even after the destruction of Lakarian city and the defection of the Cardassian fleet to the allies, she nevertheless ordered his death. [3]
