A Human native of mid 20th century Earth, Rossoff was a science fiction writer for Incredible Tales magazine. His stories included "I Have No Voice So I Must Shout", "Hazardous Images" and "Quantity of the Monster". Rossoff was something of an egotist, proclaiming himself one of the magazine's greatest writers and threatening to quit so he could work for Galaxy Magazine alongisde Isaac Asimov's and Robert Heinlein. In fact he would never follow through on such threats. [1]
