A criminal, Zoumas was captured by the Enolians in 2152 and sent to the Canamar prison facility. He was seated next to Commander Tucker during the trip. A talkative man, he revealed that his favourite food was tojal, which he planned to eat as soon as he was free. He was once stranded on the polar islands of Burala Prime for three months after some colleagues left without him; on one occasion he got lost ans spent 14 hours outside, losing three toes to frostbite. He walked with a slightl limp afterwards and always hated the cold as a result. Zoumas was fond of eating live Melvaran mud fleas. He was also fond of recalling the occasion when he spent two hours in the company of an Orion slave girl, and was a big fan of medical progress - especially as related to the treatment of Fluvian fungus.
